Delivery area

Intelix Hardware LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays.

Rates

• Standard (5–7 business days): $5.95, free on orders over $50 (before tax)
• Express (2–3 business days): $14.95

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin once your order ships. All shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delays

Consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship within the stated time we will notify you and give you the option to agree to a delay or cancel for a full refund.

Damaged or lost packages

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
