Return window

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email suport@intelixhardware.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from our error.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been used or washed
• Items without original packaging
